We need your help in order to identify all the boys and girls living within the Crestview Public School boundaries who will be enrolling in Junior or Senior Kindergarten for September 2017.  The Kindergarten program is full day, every day.  If you have a child who was born in 2012 or 2013 then they are eligible to attend Kindergarten.  If you know of a neighbour whose child was also born in one of these two years, please pass this letter on to them, or ask them to contact the school at 519-893-1140.

We are offering registration on the following dates and times:

Monday February 13th, Thursday 16th and Friday 17th from 9:00 – 2:30 pm

Tuesday February 14th and Wednesday 15th from 12:30 – 2:30 pm

If you are unable to attend this week, please let us know and we can rearrange another week.

OR

Registration will open online on February 1, 2017 at www.wrdsb.ca/register. A Kindergarten Registration link will also be on our school website at lrw.wrdsb.ca. Once you have completed the online registration, your next step will be to contact the school to make an appointment. Please bring the required documents to this appointment in order to complete the registration process. The appointment at the school should not take more than 10 minutes.  If you cannot come to one of the registration dates, please contact the school to set up an alternate appointment.  Please note that there will not be a classroom visit at this time.

If your child has been attending Junior Kindergarten at Crestview Public School, they do not need to register for Senior Kindergarten.
