Dear Parents/Guardians and Students,                               

This is a reminder that the Primary and Junior Choirs will be holding their Spring Concert on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at 7:00 pm in the Crestview gym.

We are asking that the choir members arrive promptly at 6:30pm.  The Junior Choir will meet in the Music Room and the Primary Choir will meet in the Library.  Please allow your children to come down to these rooms on their own to avoid any large volumes of traffic in the halls.  Teachers will supervise them until the concert begins. At the end of the concert, the children will return to these rooms to pick up their belongings, and then will meet you back in the gym or in the front foyer.

There are no tickets for this concert, so the seats are on a first come, first serve basis. We are, however, asking that you bring a donation for the local food bank as the price of admission.

Students are asked to wear something nice for the concert rather than their regular play clothes. If students have anything “Piratey” that they wish to wear, they are welcome to as long as it doesn’t block the view of the person behind them.

We look forward to seeing you on the 2nd and celebrating all of the hard work that your kids have done in preparation for this concert.
