Dear Families,

As we come to the end of another memorable school year, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your continued support, partnership, and involvement in our school community.

This year has been filled with growth, learning, and meaningful experiences. We are incredibly proud of all our students and their accomplishments, both big and small. As we prepare to say goodbye for the summer, we especially want to recognize our Grade 6 students who are moving on to middle school. We know they will carry with them the skills, friendships, and memories made during their time here, and we wish them every success in this exciting new chapter.

We would also like to take a moment to acknowledge several staff members who will be moving on to new opportunities next year:

  • Mrs. Fuhrman to Blue Heron Public School full-time.

  • Mr. Fahel to Woodland Park Public School to teach in the Integrated Support Program.

  • Mr. Vacek to Jean Steckle Public School joining their Kindergarten team

  • Ms. Koch to WT Townshend Public School to teach Grade 5/6.

  • Mrs. K and Ms. Forler both are off to Meadowlane Public School, and  Mr O to Rosemount School.
  • Mrs Smith to St. Jacobs Public School to teach Grade 1.

  • Mr. K, Mrs. Street, Ms. Bell, Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Young, Mrs. Cook, and Ms. Arora are still finalizing their plans for next year, and we wish them the very best in the exciting opportunities ahead.

We thank each of these educators for the care, dedication, and positivity they brought to our school. They will be truly missed by students, families, and colleagues alike.

To all our students, staff, and families—thank you for making this year so special. Whether you are returning in the fall or moving on to new adventures, please know that you will always be part of our school family.

Wishing you a safe, restful, and joyful summer break.

Be well,

Ms. Sherri Davidson

Principal
